Working directly with the CEO, we helped the company develop an internal and external communication plan, create a new
enterprise-wide compensation structure, and adopt a leading edge, consumer-driven health care programme for its employees.
Resources project managers and technical professionals assisted in market pricing, realigning roles and responsibilities and
